      Pros

      - Frequently looks into new projects. The jobs change so often, it is hard to get bored - Excellent support staff of retired personnel that are available to help developing engineers

      Cons

      - Undeveloped training program. Training on new projects is often left to the project managers, who may or may not know much about the technical aspects of the project, and have limited training experience.

      Pros

      Most talented technical staff across the board. Some really great people to work with.

      Cons

      Huge disconnect between management and staff. Management only focuses on utilization while career progress of individuals is less important. A lot of cost cutting has started to happen to benefit the private equity owners, including closing down an entire office in Calgary and laying off some highly technical people. A lot of the seniors have left the company and are still leaving. The future outlook does not look positive.
