- Low employee morale - Inept senior management that is completely out of touch with the staff doing the engineering work. - The growth strategy is to buy firms, do a poor job integrating the new acquisitions into a poorly thought out, rigid accounting-driven business approach that engineers hate, and then move on to new acquisitions while bleeding talent from the demoralized workforce. - Senior management focuses on new "orders" at the expense of virtually everything else. It is clear that orders and utilization drive everything, and how the work is delivered is secondary - Instead of addressing employee concerns, the messaging from senior management is empty rhetoric that is often at odds with their actions. - For an industry where knowledge and experience mean absolutely everything it is amazing how much talent and experience the company has squandered

Very poorly managed with too many "chiefs". The executive leadership creates "make work" initiatives that do not benefit the long term sustainability of the company and they are not well thought out. The company is involved with a wide variety of services and wants to be involved in all areas, but leadership lacks the understanding of how different business lines differ from their own experience and background. To make matters worse, they do not listen when given that advice.
