Pros

Interesting projects to work on and great people to work with.

Cons

This is a company who doesn't care about it's employees. They have been bought and sold so many times that you don't know who is really in charge.

Not a Long Term Career

Pros

- Excellent PRA training course with fantastic speakers - Lots to learn - Amazing and talented people both seasoned and new hires - Interesting and challenging projects - Flexible work hours so long as work is completed - Great environment to kick-start career after college - Family Friendly - Free Snacks and Drinks! - Great company lunches, parties, and celebrations

Cons

- Limited career options and upward mobility - Long hours and especially long because you're not only ask to do your job but to learn and master PRA which is time intensive. - Brute force, work harder mentality over working "smarter". Non-existent to outdated project management techniques. Frustrating to see that this organization is so top heavy but lacks clear decisive leadership to executing projects on realistic time frames, budgets, and industry recognized project management techniques (i.e., gnatt charts). Try setting folks up for success instead of "how-to" and "you should recognize" lectures...what is the title manager for? - High and sometimes ridiculous expectations from management. In this office, there were three different managers, no cohesive style of management, and varied approaches to similar projects, why? - Lots of technology debt. Brute force mentality is acceptable on tight deadlines, but when even when you go above and beyond to add value to a project process by adding sensible automation or technological advancement, it goes unnoticed and unappreciated. - Small office environment with "work independently" emphasis. If you scream wolf, the whole office knows and you immediately feel branded for simply voicing a concern. - Raises didn't even compensate for the rate of inflation, forget time vested too, it means absolutely nothing! Salary is pretty low to begin with, bonus just seems to be a carrot on a string.
