      Just a place to work and get paid

      It is fully remote, a good choice for those who have children

      Cons

      Due to the weak leadership of the engineering team, most of the team leaders lack the experience to motivate people and project planning, the CTO is completely out of management, and there is no engineering director. You feel you are an outsourced developer who works for the direct manager instead of working for a company.

      Good communication, great process

      Pros

      Jerry is a great place for freelance writers, both experienced and novice. They have a very clear process for creating content and they know what they want. The content team and editors are kind and clear about communicating feedback and expectations. Pay is fair and payments are issued in a timely manner. No complaints!

      Cons

      Some topics are not super interesting to write about, but I try to see it as an opportunity to master a new topic.
