Great product market-fit and strong growth metrics. Fully remote if you choose.

Cons

The leadership team has a poor handle on running the internals of the company despite the success of the product. Overall a lack of clear communication between teams and siloing of operational groups is very commonplace. Being fully remote has a downside of issues with a very international time covering the entire gamut of timezones. Low pay across the board.

I applied for the Remote Chat Agent position in the beginning of Janurary 2022. The company showed great interest, and told me to complete an assessment. Due to technical issues they didn't send the assessment for over a month. The assessment was very basic including a typing test and personality test. Not to long after, I received a form letter telling me they decided not to move forward in the hiring process. This company strung me along for over a month, and the only way I received my assessment was to remind them. I also didn't receive any e-mail responses until almost a month later. I would not recommend this company due to how unprofessional they have been before even being hired. I consider it a major red flag, and suggest others avoid this company!
