Pros

• Jerry operates at a very high velocity, but the expectations are transparent and communicated clearly from leadership. There’s no confusion about what “great” looks like. • Jerry offers remote work flexibility, and more importantly, shows up for its people in meaningful ways. People are more than just employees here. • The ensure team here is incredibly impressive and kind. People genuinely take pride in their work and are happy to help others improve. Feedback is part of the culture in a healthy way. • Compensation and benefits are competitive, especially when factoring in remote work, equity, and perks that enhance day-to-day life. • Startups move fast, and Jerry is no different. Sometimes it's hard to pause and reflect. But what’s special is that peers will often take time to recognize each other’s wins, which creates a really positive environment. • The bar is high, and that can feel intimidating. But it’s clear that the leadership team is focused on Jerry’s success and are deeply invested in our shared outcomes. We all win together! • Jerry is not the place for someone looking to coast or just clock in/out. But if you’re looking to challenge yourself, build new skills, and make a visible impact, it’s an incredibly fulfilling place to be.

Cons

• For me, this isn't a con, but Jerry may not be the place for you if this isn't what you're looking for: The fast-moving nature of the company means things can change quickly, and it may take effort to keep up. The high standards and performance bar can feel daunting, especially early on. It takes a growth mindset and willingness to stretch yourself. • There isn’t always time to slow down and celebrate milestones, which could leave some folks craving more moments of appreciation.
