Day shift with weekends off.

Cons

Management is not supportive. They claim take care of their own people and relationships matter but they practice the opposite. They are not willing to pay people for their worth. They have ran off all of their top experienced people due to pay, and poor management practices.

Great Chif pilot and DO... family environment make pilot really comfortable...option to grow up

Cons

No training at al.l they aspect from a "green new pilot" to fly like a "top gun" no training no help...captain out of control managing and developing they own rules. completely disrespect for the second in command toxic environment no crew management rude and bully. HR and management are not able to control the captains.
