Pros

Nothing really! Only some good people.

Cons

Working lots of hours with no extra pay. -2 overnights per week after your regular 40hrs- The president will say and promise whatever you want to hear to get you there, then seat comfy and wait for something that will never arrive. He is a big liar, with employees and clients. Avoid!

Pros

It's not all that busy.

Cons

Benefits are extremely expensive, the President talks out of both sides of his mouth. He flat out lies to clients. Promises one thing, does another. Cramped office.

Pros

You get your 40 hours.

Cons

No overtime available because work isn't coming in. Mechanics are blamed for the lack of work. This company doesn't have the facilities to paint on aircraft, so they do it in the main hanger around unprotected Mechanics. When you voice your concern to management they blow you off and make you public enemy #1. One guy has issues with asthma and they paint around him. Safety is preached but not followed. Project managers can't handle the projects and come down to the floor to spead the happiness. All Mechanics here could get lung cancer from being exposed to paint vapors and dust. Don't work here because in the last 2 years I have worked here they let about 40 people go. Favoritism is rampant. Crew chiefs are invincible to making mistakes, even though I collect tools left on aircraft almost on a weekly basis and put them on there boxes. This company let 10 people go 2 weeks before Christmas, happy new year indeed.
