Pros

Travel Benefits, 401k Match, Health Insurance.

Cons

Promises from management are never kept. Eventually, JetBlue started to outsource most of the Customer Support department and started "promoting Crewmembers to Customers". The work environment became very stressful and toxic. The VPs and Directors are a lot to blame for the breakdown of culture.

Pros

Flight Benefits, travel, and experience flying

Cons

No Flexibility. Long hours. Lack of sleep. Constant delays and no pay for boarding or system delays. Sit many hours making ZERO $$. You get tagged and forced to work on days off. Company all about profit
