Work environment is relaxed and enjoyable. Work/Life balance is great because they care what gets done, not necessarily how many hours you put in. Small/Medium sized company is very beneficial and you get to know pretty much everyone and are very approachable (including the owners). There is a lot to learn and very quickly depending on your project and I find that very beneficial. Every person there is willing to help you.

JetHead is very flexible with time schedules, no dress code, weekly free lunches, and more. * As a medium sized company you can better shape how you want to work and what you want to work on. Don't like your project? Ask to move to something more interesting. Want to try updating existing systems to a better or newer technology?
