      Pros

      Good people to work with, laid back atmosphere.

      Cons

      Difficult to change projects or sections. You are kept on the same work for a long period of time.

      Great culture, lackluster for a learner

      Pros

      The culture is great with a big emphasis on working together, which I think is wonderful. Everyone is very open to helping out in any way possible.

      Cons

      In the position I was in, I felt that I did not have a chance to expand out of the simple tasks given to me. The problems I encountered were simplistic and became repetitious to solve.

      Great small company environment

      Pros

      - Lots of influence on projects - reasonable managers and expectations of work - Decent benefits (expecially 401k matching) - Good company culture

      Cons

      - Some employees underpaid - some boring projects - Hard to move teams after years on projects
