Pros

Flexible Schedule, good tracking of my lunch break minutes, and soild workplace while going to school at the same time.

Cons

Awful pay, cutting down work hours as possible, and some managers are somewhat rude managers, Unlike my previous Jewel Osco, there is no walkie talkies radio for outside lock.

Fun Job. Time flies when working. Learn new skills.

Cons

Management does NOT care about you only the work you do. You will be overworked and underpaid. Very little training and they expect you to know everything within a couple weeks. Managers are lazy and will put their work on you! Work place is full of drama and creepy people that HR looks the other way because of 'popularity'. This is not the only location with problems the whole company is a mess. Constantly switching out district managers. Ops were horrible, they would come boss everyone around to try to make the shop look perfect in 1 shift, often making a lot of people miss their breaks and work overtime. Frozen loads and products would go to waste due to miscommunication between managers and no one seemed to ever want to fix any problems. Extremely low morale and high turnover. Stay far away from this place unless you're really sure you're only staying a while.
