      Pros

      Laid back environment, easy job, regulars are always a ton of fun! Concise expectations and fast pace work make the day go by fast!

      Cons

      Mediocore to lowest pay in fast casual food. Many franchises ask more of their employees than are willing to do themselves. Management on all levels, depending on the franchise can be tempermental and catty. You will work every holiday, except 3, even when a store makes less in sales than in labor costs. Reimbirsements are often as much or mpre than the tips you recieve as a driver. Not always the case, and some days will be better than others, but its very inconsistent. Ridiculously over priced menu, which you will hear about everyday.

      Pros

      Cleanliness is the priority so if you value a clean workspace you'll be busy. It is very straightforward and easy to get things done.

      Cons

      It's hard to find employees so it's understaffed usually. And it seems the corporate people are just focused on branding and not at employees whatsoever.

      Pros

      Fun, fast paced environment, and most of the employees are great.

      Cons

      They take advantage of their employees. They use "bonuses" as a way to keep your salary low and then if you don't hit every goal imaginable they just put that bonus into their own pocket.
