      Pros

      I have learned so much by working here! The culture is unique and fun and although I do have to work hard, I am well rewarded for my efforts. It is an amazing experience - and I can honestly say it has changed my life for the better.

      Cons

      If you are a slacker, you won't like working here!

      Pros

      Jimmy John's can attract some very fun people to work with, if your boss hires the right ones. Fun environment. Flexible hours depending on boss. Hours were definitely my favorite aspect.

      Cons

      Very low pay for college education. You have to become a store manager or guerrilla marketer before you do anything else. Sometimes headquarters employees don't have as much experience in stores as actual store employees.
