- Amazing work culture and colleagues - Awesome office and amenities - Good work/life balance

Cons

- outdated tech architecture - very difficult to promote change and scaling - you can get bored quickly (from a technical standpoint)

JobAdder has grown so much over the past 12 months with lots of amazing people. The new leadership team is truly doing an awesome job in putting people well-being first and everyone is very caring for one another. - Awesome work-life balance and very flexible (WFH or WFO) - Room for personal growth through self-learning and taking part in initiatives - Feels valued and appreciated at all time - No expectation to work outside business hours - Great balance between work and social activities (beer fridge, pool/ping-pong table, basketball team with weekly games during lunch time) - Great business leaders with exciting vision and tech strategy JA is really an amazing place to work for so don't wait and become an Adder today!

Absolutely nothing that I see as negative or that affects my happiness here at JobAdder!
