Culture has gone since no office

Leadership operates in an echo chamber of “yes-people,” lacking vision, passion, and real customer understanding. Senior hires often have less relevant recruitment experience than junior staff. Decisions are frequently poor, poorly executed, and fail to create meaningful product or strategic impact. Despite being a recruitment-focused company, they have made several problematic hires.
