1. Too many politics going on internally at the company. 2. High lay-off rate recently 3. Company struggles to break through with new products and sometimes works on projects that end up being wasteful. 4. Some people have no idea what is going on. 5. Some of the management is unqualified. Some people are fired and then rehired with no apparent explanation.
