      A company full of incompetent people who simply do not care.

      Pros

      You get a job, I suppose.

      Cons

      Lazy, take hours to days to respond to emails, lack empathy, don't seem to care if you don't get your paycheck on time, incompetent for a number of reasons, etc.

      Pros

      Nice fake presentation showing care for workers.

      Cons

      They act like they care, but they don't. Ceo says he is available to answer questions and never responds. They outsource everything, to include the abysmal benefits. Last but not least, they offer a crap severance package! Two weeks after years of faithful service.

Although we strive to create best experience possible for our contracted employees, sometimes certain things are out of our control here at CorTech (such as terminations) and are determined by the work site and our clients.       Coming back to haunt me...

      A reference check company has been unable to get any response back from Cortec except to tell me to request in my own writing the authorization to provide the reference. I went to the local office to do do and i was told by a RUDE employee that they have no idea and its not their fault. I never said anything to indicate it was. I told him i was in a hurry so skip the blame lecture and just let me know if he could fax it to corporate. He said it would take a week or more. Great so as i am waiting for this the company running the background check doesnt know its being held up by incompetent and rude people. Sure glad im not with Cortec anymore. I tried calling corp headquarters and you cannot get to a person. What a joke.

      RUDE PEOPLE who dont care. When I walked into the office the employee was talking on the phone with a client about one of their employees and the fact that he had done something wrong actually saying his full name and what he did. If I were a prospective customer I wouldn't do business with a company that talks on speaker phone in front of strangers about their clients and employees. Thought it was very rude. Employee he was talking about would not be hired by me because of what I overheard. Unbelievably unprofessional.
