      If there is a job better suited for your abilities, they will not consider you if you have a job with them already.

      Very low Pay for skilled labor

      My co workers are decent people. Potential to build a great professional and personal network.

      Cons

      Supervisors only care about themselves and their personal gains, they do not care about the employees. If for some reason you need to miss work, even for a medical reason, they go by a point system once you reach six points you are ultimately terminated. I have also heard from numerous sources through the manufacturing company for whom we are contracted to support, that we are supposed to be getting paid $14/hour, but we are only receiving pay for $8/hour. Some of the supervisors are former employees of a Stafflogix, whom was investigated for pocketing employee bonuses, that were meant for every member.

Although we strive to create best experience possible for our contracted employees, sometimes certain things (such time off policies and pay rates) are out of our control here at CorTech and are determined by the work site and our clients and often discussed before the start date. Please feel free to contact us directly with your concerns about the supervisors so that we can address and work with our client to rectify those issues.

      None for this company they treat people badly.

      Cons

      You get hurt they fire you and get away with it. I never missed a day.
