Very little holistic (process) approaches, resulting in undefined engineering , inefficiencies and confusion amongst Engineers. Start-up culture still strongly present - those who have been at the company the longest (always!) know better, despite hiring highly skilled experts from the industry but very few are actually listening to them. Lack of automation tools for the most basic tasks (extensive use of Excel, Powerpoint, Excel and Slack (!)) are a huge risk for the certification, validation and verification activities ahead.

No holiday pay you accrue your holidays and vacations at the same time for hourly employees. Management or leadership just want items out regardless if it's of quality or not. In order to get these items out hourly employees don't take breaks sometimes and work long hours. Leadership don't listen to technicians about processes to make the company better. They preach about family and culture but as the company grows they hire mostly Tesla people and now those Tesla people are setting that same mindset and culture of Tesla. Politics are also now playing a big role in the company. They say there's alot of room for growth but there hasn't been any and are hiring people from the outside for those positions.
