People are all approachable Company structure is open door policy and not alot of layers and lots of transparency Lot's of tools to do your job well I had 30, 60, 90 day goals before I started which makes my job alot easier Day 1 orientation was smooth and well thought out Benefits for employee are paid for (family is shared cost)
