This is a company that is not well organized. You come her gain the experience and leave. The HR Dept. is a joke not professional at all. Not much Diversity in that department. The Dispatch center is so unprofessional they wear Pajamas and flip flops ( like they just rolled out the bed). People don't stay here long they get a title and leave.

Everything. The dress code is horrible. People come to work looking like they just rolled out of bed. Shower shoes, thong flip flops, Club Dresses are permitted to wear. There is NO Employee handbook when asked about it, they say its being revised- its out dated, and that has been for the last 2 years maybe more. The HR department is the most ghetto, you can never get the correct information you need. They are suppose to set the tone and they are not professional at all. This is a place to go if you are desperate, Rate CEO Job Performance, Dave Johnson this man has not worked there in months and thanks to the Human Resources Department we REALLY no why.
