Where to even begin? Management is absolutely clueless, they hired multiple CEOs with no experience who led the ship down faster than with proper leadership. Zero communication between departments, lots of favoritism and over promising of bonuses/merit with failure to deliver nearly every single time. Hardly any communication throughout the org; leadership team operates in a bubble and expects you to find out corporate news through the grapevine. You would think mgmt would care to come on here and read through honest reviews and course correct. However, they simply do not care as long as they can cash a paycheck and leave within a couple years. Systems are antiquated, there are constant complaints from customers and frustration at every level of the org, of course with the exception of the senior execs. Final thoughts: I use Glassdoor to interview companies before I walk in the door for an interview. I should have taken everyone’s advice from many years prior and ran in the opposite direction. They are a sinking ship.
