Pros

Ability to work overtime. Some good employees (very few) that genuinely care about making a difference and growing with the company.

Cons

Weak management, poor salary, no advancement or room to grow from being a service tech. We are treated like chopped liver. The only way to make decent money is by working like a dog just to get overtime. It's been almost 2 years since I have gotten a raise! Management is a joke and plays favorites; the hard working employees are overlooked while the lazy POS's are overlooked and continuously allowed to do the bare minimum and get away with it. Once your in, your suckered in with no way out.

Pros

Lot of opportunity to prove yourself as valuable.

Cons

Little acknowledgement of efforts, little appreciation, nobody retires. HUGE wage gap between new employees and old ones. Management knows/cares/listens little about everyday operation. No policing of sales staff, who have very little output. Warehouse staff paid very little and stretched too thin for how much they are expected to do. Unrealistic expectations, lots of pressure. Staff could benefit from a one-day job switch just to see how hard some of these requests are. Some staff ineffectual and no job audits are made to point out "weak links", making the whole team seem sluggish.

Pros

The field itself is interesting, and they, at times, have had good people working at the company. If leadership just left the people alone and let them do their job it would help the working atmosphere improve.

Cons

Senior leadership is big on talking about taking care of people, and then doing the exact opposite. Their decision making is all over the board, which makes it a very depressing place to work. It is always the "flavor of the month" with senior leadership, and before any possible chance of seeing whether a course of action is possibly correct or not they simply change direction
