Way too many.
It's the most miserable place I ever worked. The worst part is, the people who work there think they are amazing. That couldn't be further from the truth. People are constantly doing things to make themselves look good. Even things that have ZERO benefit to the actual business. Many working there suffer from a severe lack of maturity also. Watching a senior manager stomp his feet while expressing his displeasure for something was borderline comical, but mostly sad. And don't get me started on the constant foul language. I have no problem with language, but there's a point it crosses the line at work. It was just yet another example of the lack of maturity and professionalism most people possess there.
Add all of this to their declaring bankruptcy last summer. They admitted it was because they "went after the wrong business". Great, that's a good thing to admit. BUT, you kept the people who led you down that road. This company is losing millions because they can't understand how to do business in a proper way. My understanding is this was a good company at one time. That absolutely is not the case anymore.
If you want to go to work, get cussed at a lot, listen to people talk about how drunk they get, watch management stomp their feet in anger, have constant pointless busy work thrown at you when you are trying to do actual work that will matter.....this is your place. Not your idea of fun? Yeah, me either. Hence why I say stay away.
Oh, and to reference the "Culture and Values" rating....what culture?! Oh, you mean the culture of foul language, drinking, and a lack of maturity?
Just stay away.
