Pros

Tons of un-manned hours Not micro managed cause no one here cares about staffers succeeding at there jobs. They have training locations where they have your replacement ready to take your job with one phone call.....

Cons

Too many too list- see above Inside staffers just stabbing each other in the back the second they leave the room. Never seen anything like it before.

You will meet a few nice people (non-management)

Cons

You get paid pennies on the dollar compared to similar jobs at other companies. They don't care about you and that part is NOT hidden. Only the favorites get promoted and the favorites are in Charlotte, NC so if you are applying anywhere else whatever position you get is where you will stay. They will lose people in critical positions, give you their duties and not rehire a replacement. Oh and you don't get more money with those additional duties either, just more work piled on. Also having ideas on how improve a process is frowned upon. Just don't. Everyone is leaving or looking to leave. Horrible atmosphere to work in.

The workload was extremely overwhelming.

Cons

Where do I start? There are so many. Let's start with favoritism. If you are looking for a place of employment without it, I would suggest not applying here. Double Standards... aplenty. This place is not even worth wasting my time reviewing
