Pros

Well-paid for cost of living of work location.

Cons

Health insurance could be better (high-deductible plans only) and work locations are small town/rural by nature of the equipment.

Pros

It seems to be the best gig in the area. The benefits are really good and the hours are very basic 9-5 without expectation to stay late or anything like that.

Cons

Over the past 3+ years, it seems the company has just been on a downward trend. Every year I have been here, the annual raise has been lower and lower (this past year was 0). It feels very much disconnected in a sense that you can try your hardest, or not try at all, and it won't make a difference. No incentives to give it your best.
