Pros

Commitment to quality and doing business the right way. In general, management is quite good. I have had a good relationship with all my supervisors.

Cons

The majority of the U.S. sites are in the Midwest. This does not leave a lot of relocation opportunities open for someone who does not want to settle in the Midwest long term.

Unless you know people it's really hard to get into John Deere on the Corporate Side Sometimes, you don't get the recognition that is deserved.
