You are given a huge discount on the clothing (so you can wear it at work)

Cons

Had to be on feet at all times (when not on break). The floors are concrete and you have to wear trendy shoes, so make sure they have some kind of support.

Cons

I have no cons because this experience was one of the best retail companies I have worked for, I had to suddenly move but I highly recommend JW.
