The line is fun. A couple of nice co-workers and many nice clients.

Cons

Awful management that picks favorites and is cruel and dishonest with staff. Likes to see people fail. Speaks poorly of the team to corporate and other staff members.

The employee discount is generous, if you can afford your lifestyle earning $12.00 per hour. Customers are quiet devoted to the brand.

Cons

The pay is low and you may never reach any potential because of the fit, quality and inventory issues. Communication is difficult and there is no shared vision of what Johnny Was is. This is a very reinventing the wheel kind of retail job. Except you are asked to often fill web orders, and share inventory sending customers purchases all over the country. Directives for store visuals are mind numbing and for some of the products quality it is over priced. I know because I did alot of repairs.
