      Its great privilege for anyone to work in a reputed company like Johnson Controls International, where employers are able to work free with out any time limits.

      Besides a steady paycheck, I did not can recall any

      Cons

      A company were conflict of interests, cronysm and lies a commonplace. Their shop floors uses very old and obsolete technology, so their "managers" always has an excuse to spend money liberally. Purchasing department is gwtting rich managing maquila and rent contracts. Funny enough, with Tyco acquisition things seems there are going to be evem worse. JCI is the worst company I wver worked with.
