Pros

-Competitive base salary and compensation -Excels at executive C-level business and large business deals -Good transitionary role for 1-2 years of experience

Cons

-Monthly mandatory company vehicle fees -5+ hours of internal meetings a week -Drastically increasing sales goals and unsustainable profit margins through As A Service models. -No low cost innovations and cost efficacy for small to medium commercial businesses slowly driving out their own consumer base. -Horribly outdated sales tools.

Has the expected benefits packages of a large corporation, Career growth for those willing to relocate. Large customer base with high margin recurring revenue.

Cons

Perpetually deteriorating company culture. Steady organizational changes and company restructures. Difficult to see a long term future at the senior leader level.

Lots of opportunity to define your path and grow professionally in areas of interest

Cons

Extreme lack of clarity around roles and responsibility. Excessive cost cutting to stay competitive leaves team members wearing 5 hats. Very few real professionals and organization of known commodities and lack of promotions and raises. Top performers leaving and average or subpar talent becoming the standard.
