      Company Vehicle Benefits on start day

      Everything else. Management doesn't lead properly. Management is too busy focusing on profits for their bonuses vs giving their field team the tools they need to be successful. Limited hours and TERRIBLE pay/ Raises. a year raise? 50C at most. Go get backflow certs and NICET 2 in sprinkler? you get a 5C raise and a good job. Doesn't matter if you achieve records, Get certifications or even help out in the office on off days. I would not recommend JCI. A billion dollar company and they care only about numbers and taking as much as possible from their customers.

      Cons

      Upper management is very poor. You have to watch your back constantly. Leadership tends to lean on trite cliches. A great deal of turnover. Make no mistake, you are a number, not a person. The stock price is the only thing that matters.
