Abuse verbally and mentally Everyday
Pros
Loved learning about security systems but you can get the same training googling it on your own.
Cons
There is zero training, they have you go and meet with customers sell them on security you need to know how to put the security system in draw the diagrams of where everything will go what type of part out of their 75,000 parts that you know nothing about and there are no managers on staff that will answer any questions because they don't know the answers nor do they care to find out. You're told to lie to the customer about the time frame, product , what it will do, and LIE ABOUT PRICE!!!! Then once you finally build the whole job find every part of everything together presented to the customer and find out our prices three times higher than every other competitor out there you have no other options. If you do book the job you're told to ignore the customer from that point forward no matter how many times they call because nothing is being done on their property and the four weeks out turn into three months.
