Interesting company, chaotic workplace.
Pros
The pay is competitive coming in, and recruiters are professional and courteous. There's a lot of good knowledge to learn and pick up from the senior members. Due to being lean (see Cons) you can get a very large exposure to the company and different engineering areas. The New Freedom, PA building is new and beautiful, and the labs once they're up will be as well.
Cons
Once you're in it's hard to get promotions, there's a very flat org structure. The raises are minimal (if not delayed). The company is super lean. There is limited lab space and lab labor, and the various product groups will fight/argue over them. You will work a lot, but you'll also want to put in the time. They have trouble keeping engineers (and other technical staff) due to a myriad of personal/management/growth opportunity issues.
