      Pros

      Leading the way in technology in the industry and being part of something larger than yourself, I love my job and it is challenging in a good way and I feel that I am not just a number in a large corporation, I can go anywhere in the world and use my skillset that JCI has trained me to be successful with my career, JCI encourages personal improvement to be the best at what you do. Plus great benefits and salary compensation is a huge plus !

      Cons

      Well like anywhere you work it comes with stress of completing a task or project there can be long hours worked and out of town work occasionally, JCI is such a large company with so many divisions that it can be difficult to get ahold of whom you are after. other than that it's not so bad

      Pros

      Benefits, salary, the people in my department, an awesome boss, overtime.

      Cons

      Not enough days off, sleep deprived a little, no communication upper management, pedestrians not bright enough to move to the side out of forklifts path, pedestrians looking at phone constantly.

      1. Depends on which office you worked out of but my office built a great a culture. 2. Very generous PTO 3. Corporate card allows freedom on business expenses. 4. Good training program 5. Monthly commission

      Cons

      1. The construction industry is old so the culture is outdated. Retention rate is very low for new generation of professionals breaking into hvac 2. HR not present any of the offices except the corporate headquarters 3. Very corporate and it is hard for anyone in the Lower level positions to get visibility. 4. Internal tools very outdated. Makes work less efficient
