So far, not bad

Pros

Interesting work for the position, and managers who seem to be sincere in their support of personal and professional development. Company well-positioned in emerging markets. Flexible about work hours and work-from-home while remaining focussed on how employees can add value.

Cons

HR was somewhat obstructionist / rather rule bound. Salary offered was low for the industry, education and level of experience. Very difficult to maneuver to get things done, because the management hierarchy is so complex and responsibilities are unclear.

Pros

Good pay and benefits, some flexibility with start time, upper management kept employees informed about financial status of the Company

Cons

Tended to micromanage employees. Performance reviews included input of peers and internal customers.

Pros

Great for the CV to work with such high profile clients. Many internal vacancies and opportunities makes you feel like your future is secure within the company even if the account you work on doesn't feel so secure.

Cons

Can feel very unattached to JCI while heavily involved with the client. Training doesn't seem to be prioritized as much as it should. Can get heavily involved in the work which eats in to your private time at no extra benefit. Benefits also don't seem to be prioritized, several pages on the Salary Extras UK site have not been updated in over a year!!
