      Many instances of discrimination and inappropriate sexual discussions among employees in Microbiology

      Centrally located, close to residential areas, shopping, and easy access to major highways.

      Cons

      In the Microbiology department, there is a prevalent issue of employees frequently making sexually explicit comments, which is highly inappropriate and concerning. Racial and religious negative comments are unfortunately very common. Management's disconnection from the activities within the department is evident, as their primary focus appears to be solely on increasing the workload rather than understanding and supporting the team.

      The Racism & Toxicity is just staggering beyond anything you could ever imagine. If you are a minority person of color, you have been warned. Not worth it unless you have no other options and you are desperate.

      Absolute worst work/life balance. Expected to work long hours including nights and weekends. They run very lean. One person here does a 2-3 person job at other companies. Have to kiss managements butt to move up They will lie to you and try to hold you in your position as long as possible. I had to file an HR complaint because my boss told me I was breaking my company policy applying for other jobs over 2 years into my role. They are liars, sneaky and deceptive. The credo is a farce, complete and total joke.
