      There is no difference between accounting and finance. Have to do monthly close and accounting 70% of the time.

      Some good people to work with - good benefits

      Cons

      Complete lack of respect for people. The credo is nothing but a PR campaign. But to give crecit, obviously some great PR people for the company to still be living off one courages act performed decades ago. Today, its nothing but words on paper. A horrible environment - political play to the extreme.

      Its a job like any other. If you need a job, then by all means apply. But don't believe all they hype you here about how great a company it is. In some cases, actually pretty bad.

      Cons

      I've worked at 3 major companies, but the politics at this place are like nothing I've ever seen before. They talk about growth for employees and giving opportunities, but most they promote from the outside instead from within. And even more embarrasing is how they tell people their jobs have changed by more then 50% so now they have to "re-interview" for their jobs. This happens monthly.
