Pros

Pay is good. Some really great coworkers.

Cons

Leadership does not treat everyone the same. Favors early in career, less experienced and seems to be threatened by people with experience. Downplays contributions of older people. Leadership went downhill after leadership change a few years ago.

- GPS Bonus or what little there is - company events - some growth opportunities

Cons

Clear division between the salary corporate and hourly rate individuals. Johnsonville is adapting to a corporate culture where they will preach we're losing money but then go off and spend lavishly for the higher ups. Its a prime example of a company preparing to take a nose dive. If you work in the office just prepare for an office of sharks. if you work in the factory just know you're another slab of meat going through the grinder.
