That's the right advice, thank you. You may have heard we're making changes in our town hall meeting approach and adding these 'small circle' meetings across all shifts at our production facilities. It's in these meetings where Members can voluntarily sign up to attend and talk face-to-face with our CEO and several other Strategy Team leaders.
