      Pros

      Basically just the pay, but the rest of the county has caught up.

      Cons

      Very poor leadership, and direction. Hard working members are disrespected by management allowing lazy members to exist. Nobody has the sense that the company cares about them. Office personnel enjoy the perks, while production sacrifices their weekends. Non manufacturing members get a larger share of the profits. Completely unfair. Not the Best Place to Work.

      - Good benefits. - Approachable C-suite. - Monthly bonuses.

      Cons

      - Not diverse or inclusive. Few women or PoC in highest leadership roles. - Leaders do not support remote work. - Not enough resources to complete workload.
