      Unhealthy work environment depending on facility, but especially at Meadowside.

      Pros

      Pay is decent, corporate finally stepping in and getting rid of useless lower leadership, benefits aren't to bad

      Cons

      If you work in meadowside you get treated horrible. Leadership care more about pounds than quality, will sit and yell at people from their desk, or they spend most of their time smoking. Continuously forced to run with broken, bypassed or unsafe equipment or we get scolded for taken to much downtime to do it right. Keep spending money on updating global headquarters but just letting plants get run down, rusty and moldy.

      Great place for those that want to be part of something amazing

      Pros

      Ability to take ownership and make a difference. Great members to work with. Strong focus on stretching, learning and growing; not just as a member but as a person to be a stronger contributor to society. A lot of indirect compensation options, state-of-the-art on-sight gym, footwear program, learning fund, and on and on. The bonus program is directly tied to what I can impact and it is rewarded monthly.

      Cons

      Not the place for those who do not want to be great. This is operations and that required hard work and some long hours to ensure that our customers/consumers have plenty of great product.
