Great co-workers... that's about it.

Cons

Forced to work 5-6 days alternating weeks, have to put in for vacation for your unscheduled days and hope it gets approved. Major favoritism between lines from management, "my way or the highway"mentality No room for advancement

Company itself is ok, just the Holton location is bad.

Cons

Management is the worst I have ever worked for. All the good managers have left. Leaving us with 2 arrogant micro-managers who know nothing. They preach “the Johnsonville Way” but in reality practice the complete oppposite.
