Cons

Leadership or as they like to call "coaches" are not great. They hire people who favor and tend to not care enough about the whole team. If you ask anybody who works in Meadowside who's a colored person, they'll tell you about how leadership REALLY is. They'll allow someone to get away with anything if they favor them. They make horrible excuses or make bad decisions for the line. These "coaches" sit at their office, stating they are working, when the reality is they are chitchatting away to not be on the line.

Holton, KS Location Bad Team management and Skills mismanaged HR Department Lack of knowledge on Employment subjecty Improper handling of extended Leaves Lack of proper ADA accomodations Improper supervisory actions based on very little fact in order to suspend employees, utilizes tasks told to avoid due to disabilities to justify suspensions
