Love my team and coach. Great compensation package, company store and discount Brewers tickets. (Love the Racing Sausages!)

Cons

Remote location can make for a long commute. But our flex work program makes it manageable.

Excellent health/dental and other benefits. The company understands wellness initiatives and actively participates in wellness programs. Monthly bonus program for Members! Great promotion from within rates, with opportunities to stretch and grow. Close to larger cities (within an hour) for access to all things sports & entertainment.

Cons

Weekend work for production members is a requirement, sometimes leads to member dissatisfaction.

Crazy good pay for relatively easy work, great hours with lots of OT if wanted. Flexible breaks, layed back but orderly management and co-workers. Many opportunity to advance up in the company. Bus stop smoking area as well. Ive never worked in such a great place. Id loved to have worked there my entire life.

Cons

Member services were one sided. I was not contacted by anyone for a statement before termination
