Excellent health/dental and other benefits. The company understands wellness initiatives and actively participates in wellness programs. Monthly bonus program for Members! Great promotion from within rates, with opportunities to stretch and grow. Close to larger cities (within an hour) for access to all things sports & entertainment.

Cons

Weekend work for production members is a requirement, sometimes leads to member dissatisfaction.
