Members are very welcoming and Johnsonville offers a variety of opportunities to learn and grow. The fitness center, clinic, chiropractor and café are great to have on-site!

Cons

Public transportation options might be a limitation due to the rural setting.

The environment allows you to grow and the coaches support pretty much any development goal you may have!

Cons

Numerous members have come from larger companies. This can sometimes be a great thing, but sometimes when you hired too many people from the outside organization they try to make JVL members conform to other companies' ways vs adapting. We need a healthy balance - must continue to grow, but keep roots alive!
