Pros

Can you imagine yourself working for a company where employees are called members and bosses are labeled as coaches? At Johnsonville, people are actually treated like members/partners in the company while the leadership puts their #1 priority as mentoring and development. Consider the personal development you could encounter working in an environment that facilitates that type of culture! Then there is the bonus structure that rewards you and all other Johnsonville members monthly when the company is performing and growing which it always is as a result of the excellent people they hire. Work for a company always aspiring to be the best in the world!

Cons

Some people would say the location but when you exploring the surrounding communities of Sheboygan, Sheboygan Falls, Plymouth, and Elkhart Lake you will be pleasantly surprised by the amount of fantastic restaurants, activities, events, and places in this little gem that is Sheboygan County.

Pros

Private, employee focused company. Focus on employee development and learning with many career opportunities. Strong managers in place that take the time to develop employees. Lots of autonomy in roles with focus on individual ownership.

Cons

Location can be difficult if you don't want to relocated to the Sheboygan or Plymouth area or commute. Johnsonville is not a Fortune 500 company, and actively resists acting like one, so the culture is unique and not for everyone.
