I started recently and the hiring process was very quick and easy. The atmosphere at Johnsonville is the most positive I have seen. Everyone is friendly and encouraging. Everyone seems so proud to work for this company!

Cons

I am rather new and no cons come to mind as of yet! Overall, my experience has been great.

We are allowed to develop our God given abilities through technical training and on the job training. I started as a maintenance mechanic 16 years ago and today I'm a Controls engineer.

Cons

There are time during the year that the work life balance gets out of balance and we end up working more than I would like.
